Leeds (South) Foodbank

Middleton Park Baptist Church donates food regularly to the South Leeds Foodbank project, which comes under the umbrella of a Christian Charity called Trussell Trust.  There are currently five Foodbanks in South Leeds and volunteers are drawn from various local churches. 

 

Each Foodbank is held weekly, and the Middleton one is held on Tuesday mornings in nearby St Cross Anglican Church for more information CLICK HERE

 

Help during the Coronavirus

We Care Leeds are delivering food parcels to vulnerable people who need it, to get there within 24 hours. Obviously they’ll be swamped like everything else but it seems like they are managing to get them out at the minute! Email to request one is info@wecareleeds.co.uk

 

Don't stress about gas / electricity.

Phone them if you have a prepay meter tell them your self isolating and they will send you out 2 weeks worth of gas / electricity or if you have a smart meter they will top you up.
